Slow going and tight inventory, but prices are increasing. It’s always good to note the Days on Market (DOM) and the Continuous Days on Market (CDOM) for listings.
Here’s the update:
- 1 Active Listing (Property Currently For Sale)–This is an A plan listed at $490,000.
- 1 Pending/Backup (Properties IN ESCROW with Accepted Contracts Between Buyer/Seller)
- 0 Closed Sales (as of 06/01/13)– The latest sale was on 5/30, a D plan for $490,000 as noted in my last post.
