Here’s the Fusion Market Update 031412 from the first of the year to now.
In summary, there are:
- 2 active listings (both J floor plans, 3 bedroom units)
- 6 in pending/back-up
- 2 closed sales (an E and an A plan)
As you know, real estate prices are negotiable, and the actual “list price” will show until the close of escrow. Once the 6 pendings close escrow, the true pricing will be revealed and we will have a better idea where the market is at. Stay tuned, I’m watching the market closely!
