Here’s the scoop on Fusion Market Update A and B Units since Jan. 1 2011 to present day.

The A & B units are the smallest floor plans at Fusion with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1 car detached car (with 1-car assigned parking space). You’ll see some variations in the square footage: the tax records show the A units with 800 square feet, and the B units show 1,030 square feet. However, Centex Homes (builder) had reported these units with larger square footage (A=1,003 square feet; B=1,067 square feet) so you will see some variations on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS–the database where brokerages list properties for sale). Regardless, the A & B units are the smallest size and will almost always sell and rent for less than other floor plans.
