Interestingly, there are no closed sales since the first of the year. There are plenty of units available for sale, but nothing has closed escrow. I think this is for a couple of reasons: 1) the current litigation between the HOA and Centex Home Builder and 2) Fusion is now in direct competition with the 360 Complex built by William Lyon Home Builder (just up further north on Aviation). Buyers tend to like “new” construction, and William Lyon offers some incentives for buyers to entice them over.
